The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information for the proper execution of the services. They are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Gannesh is not liable for any misuse of the reports or recommendations delivered.
Gannesh shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Gannesh's maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Analyses and recommendations are based on data available at the time of the consultation and do not constitute binding legal or financial advice.
All content generated by Gannesh, including reports, presentations, methodologies, and seminar materials, is the intellectual property of Gannesh. The user may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such materials without prior written authorization.
Services are invoiced as agreed in the commercial proposal. Payments must be made within the established deadlines. Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance for seminars; otherwise, a percentage of the payment may be withheld. No refunds are made once the service has started.
Gannesh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website. The user may terminate the contractual relationship at any time, subject to pending payment conditions. Gannesh may suspend or terminate services if the user breaches these terms.
